It began when he graduated as a pharmacist and more recently, Greg turned his attention to biotechnology, and specifically towards understanding cellular aging. Aging is now well established as the single biggest risk factor for poor health.
Over the last 10 years, he has spent thousands of hours researching cellular aging and meeting with global anti-aging experts, as they slowly unpack the reasons our cells age.
In 2020 Greg wrote ‘Harnessing the Nine Hallmarks of Aging’. Greg’s book simplifies the latest science behind why we age, making the knowledge that has come from these breakthroughs accessible to all.
